Qualifications

Knowledge of water master planning, CIP budgeting, and CEQA is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and review professional engineering work in the Water Division.
Develop goals, policies, and priorities for water projects.
Oversee capital improvement program and annual budget.
Coordinate with City departments and external agencies.
Prepare and present reports to boards and council.
