The Lead Water Damage Technician is a key leadership role responsible for managing and working alongside a team of technicians to ensure the successful completion of restoration projects. This is a working lead position, meaning the individual will perform hands‑on restoration work while also overseeing day‑to‑day operations on job sites.
This position ensures that all work is conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Lead Technician is responsible for maintaining a professional image, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and providing excellent customer service.
Hourly Pay: Depending on experience
