Lead Restoration Technician Job Summary

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Restoration Technician Responsibilities

• Perform all restoration services offered by the company, including demolition, equipment placement, and monitoring. Salary levels will reflect skill level, with increases as certifications in water mitigation, mold, trauma scenes, and asbestos are obtained.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and complete daily logs, work orders, and documentation.
• Maintain appearance and inventory of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.

Restoration Technician Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Water / Fire / Mold Damage Restoration
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate skills to determine appropriate equipment needs
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in computers, email, and reporting devices
• Certificates: IICRC certifications preferred but not required
