Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to assist in delivering professional restoration services for homes and businesses in the Cincinnati area. The role involves overseeing wreckage removal, equipment placement, and coordinating with customers and insurers to ensure timely project completion.

Candidates should have 2+ years of water/fire/mold restoration experience, IICRC credentials, and solid computer and math skills to determine equipment needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Water / Fire / Mold Damage Restoration experience.
• Proficiency with Mitigate/MICA software is required.
• Basic math skills to determine equipment needs and quantities.
• Proficient in using general computer tools for reporting daily activity.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration services including demolition, equipment placement and monitoring.
• Manage mitigation/remediation jobs from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Maintain and inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles; complete daily logs and restoration documentation.

Lead Restoration Technician Job Summary

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Restoration Technician

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers. (i.e. demolition, equipment placement and monitoring, etc.) (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician.)
• Effectively manage and process a mitigation and remediation jobs from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with customers, as well as insurance adjusters.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

Restoration Technician Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of Water / Fire / Mold Damage Restoration experience. Proficiency in MICA / Mitigate Software is also a requirement.
• Education: High school diploma (or GED)
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: IICRC Certification(s) are required (WRT, ASD, or AMRT are acceptable).
