Job summary

Voda is seeking a Water Damage Lead Technician to oversee restoration projects on both residential and commercial sites, ensuring work is completed safely and to company standards. You will direct on-site technicians, communicate with customers, and maintain quality control throughout each project.

The role requires experience in restoration, strong leadership, and the ability to work after hours. You will help mentor junior technicians and contribute to a fast-paced team focused on delivering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years restoration industry experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to work after-hours emergency calls, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Adequate math skills and basic computer/portable device competencies.
• Preferred: IICRC certification (WRT, AMRT), CCT a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level water damage mitigation and restoration services according to Voda standards.
• Lead and supervise restoration technicians on residential and commercial job sites.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Inspect completed work to ensure projects are on schedule and within standards.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and restoration documentation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and industry partners.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Maintain inventory and organization of supplies.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Train and mentor new technicians.
• Be a team player and lead by example.

Water Damage Lead Technician Job Summary

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services. The Restoration Lead Technician oversees restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards, industry guidelines (IICRC), and insurance requirements. This role serves as the on‑site leader, directing technicians, communicating with customers, and maintaining quality control throughout the project.

• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Preferred: IICRC certification (WRT, AMRT), CCT a plus.
