Job summary

Wright-Pierce seeks a licensed Lead Wastewater Project Engineer to join our Providence-area team. The role focuses on managing and delivering water and wastewater projects with growing responsibility and mentorship opportunities.

With a strong background in civil or environmental engineering and a Professional Engineer license, you will lead technical activities, coordinate teams, and contribute to company standards and client relations from Providence, RI and nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license required.

Responsibilities

• Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Perform portions of large or complex multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects.
• Technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating small to mid-size water and wastewater projects.
• Identify opportunities to enhance organization’s standards and delivery of services.
• Manage and mentor staff.
• Perform research assignments.

Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a licensed Lead Wastewater Project Engineer to join our company.

Salary range is $95,000 - $160,000/yr.

NOTE: Final salary is based on education, experience, certifications, and location.

Responsibilities

• Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Perform portions of large or complex multi-disciplinary projects
• Technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating small to mid-size water and wastewater projects
• Identify opportunities to enhance organization’s standards and delivery of services
• Manage and mentor staff
• Perform research assignments
