Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, civil, chemical, mechanical, or biological engineering or equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineer licensure required.
• Typically 5+ years of related process engineering experience; SMS Framework certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of process models and perform advanced data analysis.
• Lead chemical/physical/biological process evaluations, lifecycle cost analyses, and implementation of process optimizations.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts of existing facilities and develop solutions for process issues.
• Mentor junior staff on process design, mass/energy balances, equipment specs, and preliminary concepts.
• Engage in pursuits with process-related technical content for proposals and presentations.
• Support continuing education, training, and BC Standards compliance.
