Responsibilities
Lead warhead-to-vehicle integration activities.
Develop and execute comprehensive vehicle-level Integration & Test plans.
Design and commission integration tooling and test fixtures.
Oversee environmental stress screening and functional performance testing.
Support flight test preparation and analysis.
Perform root-cause investigations for anomalies.
Ensure compliance with explosive safety standards.
Mentor integration & test engineers.
Drive process improvements in integration and test.
