Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Employment Logistics:

The Lead Package Handler plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution in our warehouse. Our Package Handlers II are team players who work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and prepare outgoing freight for delivery
• Train sorters to perform tasks safely and accurately
• Provide continuous feedback to sorters
• Inspect packages for safety for transportation
