OnTrac is hiring a Lead Package Handler!

Location: 2270 US-130, Dayton, NJ 08810

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Employment Responsibilities:

1. Oversee offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution.
2. Work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of both
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise offloading and sorting of incoming packages and prepare outgoing freight.
2. Train sorters to perform tasks safely and accurately.
3. Provide continuous feedback to team members.
4. Inspect packages for safety and compliance for transportation.
