Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of Sonepar USA, is seeking a Warehouse Training Supervisor to design, deliver, and sustain training for a high‑volume distribution center. You will partner with Operations, Safety, Inventory Control, and Automation teams to drive operational excellence and ensure onboarding, SOPs, and certification programs are robust.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in warehouse operations and 2+ years in training leadership, with experience in WMS/RF tooling and LMS tracking.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations.
• 2+ years in training, supervision, lead, or leadership roles.
• Experience in high‑volume distribution center operations preferred.
• Experience with WMS, RF scanning, LMS/training tracking tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and sustain onboarding and role‑based training programs.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and certifications.
• Coordinate training for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Build skill matrices and cross‑training plans to improve labor flexibility.
• Lead new‑hire orientation and ensure safety and system training completion.
