Responsibilities
Inventory Control:
- Ensure inventory accuracy through the completion of effective control techniques including internal audits,
- cycle and audit counts.
- Identify, quarantine, and report damaged or supplier recalled/withdrawn product to assure it is accurately
- captured and removed from inventory
- Ensure pick availability by responding to and finding a solution for any issue with a location error, product
- attributes, or location attributes.
- Ensure the appropriate handling, removal, disposal, and processing of damaged or expired product.
- Maintain warehouse slot integrity and responsible for slotting new or seasonal items.
- Assist in the development of localized policies and procedures as related to the control of inventory.
- Work with team members to reinforce the importance of inventory accuracy.
- Assist with root cause analysis and offer solutions related to inventory inaccuracies.
Required Business Qualifications:
- Proven record of working independently with little oversight

- Familiarity and comfort with navigating and executing in the WMS system

- Self-Starter and comfortable with ambiguity

- Basic computer proficiency, with ability to operate handheld devices
- Work consistently in extreme temperature conditions
- Complete physically demanding work, including frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally moving with mechanical assistance up to 2,000 pounds
- Reach, bend, and stoop while performing work
- Work while standing for several hours at a time
- Prepare for a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and rotating shifts
Minimum Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- 2 years of warehouse experience
- Certifications: n/a
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Experience in inventory control or similar job function is a plus
- Material handling equipment proficiency
