Tessera is seeking a committed Lead Warehouse Specialist at Fort Stewart, GA to oversee warehouse operations and lead a safety-conscious team. You will manage inbound/outbound processes, supervise staff, and ensure accurate inventory and timely shipping to support DoD standards.

The role requires 3-5 years in warehouse management, forklift certification, and proficiency with WMS/ERP and Excel. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse/ logistics management experience.
• Proficient with WMS and ERP systems.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong coaching and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse personnel on operations, inventory, and packing/shipping.
• Create daily staff schedules, assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster teamwork.
• Oversee inbound shipments and outbound orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Implement inventory control procedures and conduct cycle counts for accuracy.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations; ensure proper equipment operation.
