Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, light manufacturing/product assembly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an in-house forklift certification
• Proficiency in using basic hand/power tools and inventory scanners or ERP/WMS software and Excel

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive freight using forklift.
• Inspect incoming stock for damage and report discrepancies.
• Put away inventory into racking systems and staging areas.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and audits for accuracy.
• Assemble furniture units from flat-packs or sub-assemblies.
• Operate power and hand tools and calibrate moving parts.
• Ensure safe handling and load securement during transit.
• Maintain driver logs and warehouse housekeeping per OSHA rules.
