Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience managing people and budgets.
• At least 2 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor leader.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Forklift certification required on start.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 25–30 direct reports of warehouse personnel.
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse.
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet facility demands.
• Allocate space for stock rotation and efficient layout.
• Maintain inventory levels and control product loss.
• Oversee shipping and receiving operations as applicable.
• Secure company assets and protect inventory.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budgets.
