Job summary

Wasserstrom Company seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Ohio manufacturing location. You will supervise and develop warehouse staff, drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement while aligning staffing with shipping and production goals.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of related experience, an Associate degree or equivalent, and proficiency with inventory systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year / Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with inventory systems/processes and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates at a manufacturing location.
• Coordinate daily tasks to meet shipping schedules and production needs.
• Oversee inventory accuracy for finished goods and minimize damage.
• Communicate special delivery requirements and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with management on department initiatives and process improvements.
