Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Supervisor Lead with Purpose to oversee warehouse operations on a Tuesday–Friday shift from 5:30am to 4:00pm. The role emphasizes people-first leadership while delivering top-tier results in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Compensation is $23/hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k & ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset; ability to operate forklifts (training provided) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong written, verbal, and email communication skills.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
