Rehrig Pacific seeks a Supervisor to lead daily warehouse/manufacturing operations with a hands-on, people-first approach. You will inspire teams, drive excellence, and foster a workplace where everyone feels valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset—operate forklifts (training provided!) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and email; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
