Green Mountain Electric Supply is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Liverpool, NY branch to lead stockroom operations and supervise staff. You will coordinate ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping of materials in a fast-growing electrical supplies business.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information.
• Knowledge of Paychex Payroll systems and Solar Database software.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of stockroom and storage areas based on turnover and item size.
• Advises staff on care, storage, handling, and shipping of stock.
• Monitors stock levels and recommends remedial actions for slow moving or excess items.
• Schedules inventories and maintains accurate records.
• Directly supervises warehouse employees and handles hiring/training.
• Ensures work procedures, efficiency, and policy compliance.
