Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to perform essential functions including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is picked, checked, and shipped according to established standards.
• Ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Determine work procedures, prepare and expedite workflow, assign duties and inspect for conformance.
• Ensure crew members have the equipment and tools necessary to perform their jobs.
