Core-Mark International is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Forrest City, AR. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, leads a team of associates, and ensures accurate inventory handling while maintaining a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, detailed knowledge of warehouse procedures, and the ability to optimize processes in a fast-paced distribution environment. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, starting at 4am, at the Forrest City facility.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of warehouse operations experience
• 1+ years of experience leading and supervising a team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
• Oversees warehouse associates, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring
• Ensures timely and accurate order pulling and proper load sequencing
• Maintains FIFO stock rotation and proper paperwork
• Utilizes warehouse management systems to maximize productivity and analyzes performance for improvements
