Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Warehouse Storage Lead in Allen, TX to supervise daily warehouse activities and support the supervisor with guidance to hourly staff. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to MO/CO/DO procedures.

Onsite work schedule is 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with responsibilities spanning parts availability, stocking, and reporting. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, 1–2 years in warehouse operations, and at least 6 months mentoring teammates, along with strong English

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• At least 6 months mentoring and training other staff.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily warehouse workload as directed by supervisor.
• Check availability of parts, components, and materials and confirm allocations and locations.
• Follow-up on receiving and stocking discrepancies.
• Make corrections according to MO/CO/DO.
• Assist in assigning duties and coordinating tasks.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Train new hires.
• Complete paperwork for rejected parts.
