Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• 1 year of experience in a pipe yard and/or warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with leadership qualities.
• Ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently for safety instructions and inquiries.
• Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines & expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential warehouse and pipe yard duties with or without accommodation.
• Unload materials, inspect quality, and stock/transfe­r to shelves or bundles.
• Prepare customer orders and ship via UPS/LTL/air shipments.
• Operate forklift/cranes safely and assist with inventory audits.
• Lead and direct associates when needed and coordinate with management.
