Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Package Handler Lead in South Brunswick, NJ to oversee offloading, loading, and sorting of packages. You will train new hires and collaborate with Area and Operations Managers to support metrics and uphold company values.

Pay is $23.10 per hour, plus a $1.00/hour weekend differential. Friday through Sunday shifts 1:00 PM–1:00 AM. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of industry experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Regularly lift, push, pull 25-35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50-150 lbs with pallet jack or gaylords.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
• Train and guide Package Handlers with hands-on demonstrations and feedback.
• Oversee packaging, sorting, and inspection for accuracy and to prevent misroutes.
• Monitor equipment functionality and submit maintenance requests.
• Check in/out third-party drivers and verify credentials.
