Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler for our Dayton, NJ facility at 2270 US-130. Pay is $17.50 per hour. Shift: Monday - Thursday, 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM (EOS). Hours may change based on business needs.

No prior warehouse experience is required, but you must read and speak English and be at least 18. Expect regular lifting up to 75 lbs and teamwork to keep deliveries on time.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English (required).
• Warehouse or package handling experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift and move items averaging 25 lbs (some up to 50–75 lbs).
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide IDs for I-9.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and sort packages by delivery zip code.
• Inspect packages to ensure safe transport.
• Be a team player to maintain On Time for Less for our shippers.
• Regularly lift and move items; typical 50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.

What you need to qualify as a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler

• Ability to read and speak English
• Prior warehouse work or package handling experience preferred but NOT required
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move items averaging 25lbs. (Some packages are up to 50-75lbs)
• Ability to provide the required IDs to complete an I9 form: List of acceptable I9 IDs
• Be 18 years or older
