Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in North Carolina to manage daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and ensure efficient, safe operations.

You will prepare schedules, coach the team, monitor quality, and coordinate with leadership to drive continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, organized facility.

A background in logistics, 2 years of supervisory experience, and English/Spanish language skills are a plus; familiarity with GXO 7S and ISO/AS9100 is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environments is a plus.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience is a plus.
