Job summary

Cencora's Romeoville distribution facility seeks a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations, ensuring accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, reconciling inventory, monitoring stock levels, and investigating anomalies to resolve issues. CSCP certification is preferred and high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Proficiency in inventory control principles and transaction accuracy verification.
• Ability to investigate and resolve routine to moderately complex operational issues.
• Clear communication skills with internal stakeholders on shipment and stock matters.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities for accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipments and staging areas while reconciling inventory discrepancies and transaction variances.
• Monitor stock levels and storage conditions to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigate damaged shipments and process exceptions to determine root causes and support resolution.
• Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions for warehouse visibility.
