Job summary

You will manage performance, ensure service levels, coordinate training (including forklift certification), and collaborate with leadership and HR to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of leadership in a large warehouse operation.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Team-oriented with initiative and interpersonal skills.
• Able to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Willing to pursue Hazwoper Certification if not held.
• Ability to work extended days and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse productivity on the assigned shift.
• Ensure staff meets service level objectives.
• Manage risk and enforce safety policies and best practices.
• Coordinate training of warehouse associates, including forklift certification(s).
• Develop staff by setting expectations, giving feedback, and coaching.
• Document performance-related activity and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Leadership and HR to ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee Quality Audit processes and disciplinary guidelines.
• Maintain schedule flexibility to meet customer and company needs.
