Job summary

Turtle is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Victor, NY to lead our Warehouse Associates in accurate receiving, storing, picking and shipping to meet company standards for accuracy, safety, and productivity.

With 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, you will guide operations, ensure processes run smoothly, and uphold our SOPs while optimizing performance. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities within a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics experience.
• Proven leadership with active participation in warehouse activities.
• Forklift certification preferred or required.
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage Warehouse/Logistics Team and daily operations.
• Ensure productivity targets and SOP adherence.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, inventory and logistics.
• Manage stock staging for projects and load/unload trucks.
• Record data and mark stock items; operate handling equipment.
