Qualifications

• 5+ years of Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics experience; must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Proven leader; ready to actively participate in all warehouse activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Operations Management or related field preferred.
• Forklift certified; wire cutting experience a plus.
• Strong decision making and problem solving; supervisory experience.
• Good mobility; able to stand and walk in a warehouse all day.
• Experience with electrical distribution/industrial distribution preferred.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials within weight limits.

Responsibilities

• Manage Warehouse/Logistics Team.
• Ensure productivity targets are met and warehouse processes run smoothly per SOP.
• Oversee daily receiving, shipping, inventory and logistics.
• Oversee staging of materials for projects.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Receive, count, and record stock items.
• Operate material handling equipment with proper training.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Label stock items with tags or labeling tools.
