Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience as Team Lead preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner knowledge required.
• Forklift operator license certified.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement for operational efficiency.
• Perform warehouse duties including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to optimize shifts.
• Inspire team towards improved KPI using appropriate leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and tools to employees to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety methods in the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Complete daily reports and propose action plans to enhance service levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
