Qualifications

• 0–5 years supervisory/management experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse associates during assigned shifts to ensure accurate and timely task completion.
• Monitoring productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Training, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance expectations.
• Addressing employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real time.
• Coordinating the movement of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Communicating with leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Completing daily reports related to labor, workflow, and production performance.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
