Job summary

Mattress Firm Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to guide a team of warehouse associates through daily tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, while ensuring accurate inventory and safe operations in our distribution center.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate to a team of warehouse associates to complete daily tasks.
• Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor shipments and prepare paperwork for shipping/receiving orders.
• Ensure safety policies and maintain a clean, organized facility.
• Assist customers with pickups and provide exceptional service.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
