Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Material Handler Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy. You will lead a team, ensure safety, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet production demands.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in warehouse settings, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, forklift operation skills, and strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory practices.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, inventory control, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in warehouse/distribution/manufacturing.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations; experience with ERP/WMS.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee daily material handling, warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Lead, schedule, and assign work to Material Handlers and warehouse staff.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials according to procedures and inventory control.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate transactions via WMS/ERP and manual records.
• Conduct and oversee cycle counts and stock replenishment; maintain inventory accuracy.
