Job summary

Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Lead Warehouse Material Handler in Tampa, FL to supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure materials are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped efficiently. The role requires leadership, strong WMS knowledge, and hands‑on operation of warehouse equipment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm, with a starting pay of $20.86 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) at an advanced level.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate work in a fast‑paced warehouse.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and being active in various temperatures.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass pre‑employment physical testing.

Responsibilities

• Direct the assigned area under the Warehouse Manager’s guidance.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming materials according to WMS processes.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments, including less‑than‑truckload (LTL) orders.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain a clean, safe warehouse following procedures.
