Job summary

GreenWood, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to load/unload materials and stage them for distribution in a warehouse, rail car, or storage facility. The role requires truck driving experience, strong safety practices, and the ability to work with forklifts and related equipment.

The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and willingness to cross-train for coverage, with priorities on quality and timely material flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in lead warehouse/material handling or production.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material within warehouse or storage facilities.
• Move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Assist with flow of materials and maintain safe, clean work areas.
• Follow established guidelines and safety procedures.
• Identify hazards and communicate issues to management.
• Support team and provide coverage as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
