Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Lead in Cincinnati, OH to guide daily warehouse activities, support the team, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure products are received, stored, and shipped safely and efficiently.

Starting pay is $21.44-$23.48 per hour with 1st shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Weekend/overtime may be required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and life insurance. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Lead daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory, staging, and logistics support.
• Utilize WMS/ERP systems to maintain shipping, receiving, inventory, and transaction records.
• Coordinate dock activity and prioritize workload across warehouse areas.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, FIFO rotation, labeling, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with production, transportation, and warehouse leadership to keep materials moving.
• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Serve as a PIT/forklift trainer and coach team members on safety and efficiency.
• Support onboarding, cross-training, food safety standards, and daily communications with warehouse staff.
