Qualifications

• 5+ years in a warehouse environment handling sensitive electronic components.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and forklift and obtain certification.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately transact stock into the inventory system; prepare for shipment.
• Lead daily shipping, meet internal requirements, ensure shipment accuracy and documentation.
• Keeps records of all documentation relating to dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Record stockroom damage, loss, and discrepancies; investigate root causes and coordinate actions.
• Delegate work activities and lead training of staff on procedures.
• Make routing/scheduling decisions to meet the schedule.
