TASTE is seeking a reliable, organized Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead to support our warehouse operations and fulfillment needs in Virginia Beach, VA. This role ensures delivery runs are prepared, provides backup driver coverage, and leads evening and weekend fulfillment projects.

The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and maintains efficiency, accuracy, and quality across staging, packing, and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, shipping, or production experience preferred.
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and guide team members while maintaining productivity.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with inventory, shipping, and order systems.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage store deliveries by stacking, organizing, and wrapping totes on pallets.
• Maintain clean, organized staging areas and support daily warehouse operations.
• Assist with inventory movement and handling of supplies and finished products.
• Provide delivery route coverage when scheduled drivers are unavailable.
• Safely complete store delivery routes and maintain driving qualifications.
• Lead evening and weekend fulfillment projects and train seasonal team members.
• Maintain supply levels and organize fulfillment workstations.
• Support e-commerce orders, gifting, wholesale projects, and seasonal production needs.
• Ensure fulfillment areas stay stocked and ready for the next shift.
