Job Summary Details:

The Corrugate Lead is responsible for providing direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of Corrugate Techs.

Shift: Wednesday/Thursday through Saturday, 7am-5:30pm
(Shifts operate on swing shifts, 4 days one week followed by 3 days the next week)

Pay Rate: $19.25/hour, weekly pay

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • No experience required; on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One (1) year of similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members
  • Relay communication between team members, clients, customers, and management
  • Report performance issues to the Supervisor
  • Assist with training the corrugate team
  • Coordinate work assignments
  • Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
  • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building
  • Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
  • Report work orders for maintenance
  • Ensure premises are secured at all times
  • Work with the Manager to schedule jobs with the Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
  • Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with the Manager
  • Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
  • Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
  • Complete order forms completely and accurately
  • Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
