Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures at our location. You will coordinate daily operations by delegating tasks and providing guidance to the team.

The Lead will supervise when the Manager is away, demonstrate established standards to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers, and assist with operating equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and general janitorial duties as needed.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; entry-level friendly.
• Ability to lead small teams and delegate tasks.
