Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. You will coordinate daily operations by delegating assignments and guiding staff, providing supervision when the Manager is away.

As Shift Leader, you will uphold established standards to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers, operate specialized equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and support general janitorial duties as needed.

Job description
