Job summary

Ngroup, Inc. is hiring general labor associates in Olive Branch, MS for a pick & pack role in a warehouse. You will pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment while upholding safety and productivity standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and dependable attendance. Shifts are Friday through Sunday, 5pm to 5am. Health and vision insurance are provided.

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Reliable transportation and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects.
• Sort and organize products within the warehouse.
• Prepare shipments and label packages.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and attendance expectations.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or handheld scanners.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
