Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate for the Grand Prairie, TX area. The role supports and supervises regular warehouse functions, working with Operations Supervisors to meet productivity expectations and ensure accuracy in unloading and inventory processes.

Responsibilities include using a warehouse management system, training new staff, and coordinating inbound shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year inbound experience and system JDA and equipment.
• 2-4 years of warehouse experience preferred
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred
• 2 years of Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Unloads trailers
• Executes & provides process improvements to Operations Supervisor
• Leads & complies with Safety and company’s mission statement on assigned shift
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system
• The Inbound Lead oversees and coordinates the daily operations of inbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate unloading, receipt of goods, paperwork, scheduling, and emails
