Job summary

Airgas is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate in Levittown, PA to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate activities, and support a safety‑driven, productive team. You will report to a warehouse lead or supervisor and ensure orders are processed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years cherry picker and warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Stand/walk up to 10 hours.
• Ability to read and comprehend orders and bills of lading.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to learn computer software systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team excellence and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Direct work, schedule and evaluate team performance; approve time off and pay adjustments as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and safety procedures.
• Support onboarding, development and success of other warehouse associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and comply with safety regulations.
