Responsibilities

Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the team.
Manage operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises per guidance.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized workspace.
Provide ongoing training in systems, equipment, and general operations.
Offer feedback on processes and serve as escalation point to assist peers.
Handle site access by maintaining a key and following procedures.
Receive truck deliveries and manage product flow.
Collaborate with associates and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with onboarding and continuity of product knowledge.
