Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates for a safety‑conscious, outgoing individual to join a great team in Nazareth, PA. The role involves supporting regular and temporary warehouse functions, coordinating with Operations Supervisors, and meeting productivity expectations.

Pay is $26.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with a 4:00pm–12:30am Monday–Friday schedule. Benefits and OSHA‑aligned safety practices are emphasized in this position.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of warehouse experience.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint) preferred.
• Ability to learn and use proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Provide process and project visibility to Operations Supervisor.
• Lead and comply with Safety and Well Being efforts on shift.
• Open and close dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Package or kit finished product for shipping.
