Job summary

RXO is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Aurora, CO. You will guide a team to achieve high productivity while ensuring accuracy in data entry and inventory control.

• 4 years of warehouse experience; solid multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry.
• Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.
• Assign work and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs.
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance.

Compensation for this role is $23-24 hourly. The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

Lead Warehouse Associate

As a Lead Warehouse Associate at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error-free. As part of our team, you'll have the support to excel at work, and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.

Schedule

Wednesday-Friday 3:30pm-12am and Saturday-Sunday 12:30pm-9pm

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Be responsible for accurate data entry
• Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation
• Assign work and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies

• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• 4 years of warehouse experienceSolid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5)
• Solid math skills

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled
