JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at $24.25 per hour

Work Schedule:7:30am - 5:00pm - Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Warehouse Associates lead and manage warehouse operations and employees while ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Improve employee productivity through coaching and instruction
  • CDL preferred to service customers via delivery
  • Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage.
  • Assist co-workers and customers
  • Perform administrative tasks and duties including data entry and system updates within the ERP system and associated software applications
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Perform inventory management and housekeeping duties
  • Perform work in a safe and efficient manner

Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane
  • Knowledge of basic computer software
  • Ability to resolve problems both internally and with customers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A combination of education and experience may be qualifying
