The Lead Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting efficient warehouse operations and upholding Hoffmann Brothers' commitment to excellence. The Lead Warehouse Associate will serve as a role model for warehouse runners, help onboard and train new team members, and ensure high-quality, timely material handling and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of leadership and support for warehouse runners and delivery operations.
- Assist the Warehouse Team Lead in training and onboarding new warehouse runners.
- Promote and uphold warehouse best practices through daily reporting and process visibility.
- Proactively assist with inventory management and order preparation, including:
- Pulling and staging materials for jobs
- Processing and organizing returns
- Filling install kits and managing stock needs
- Provide general warehouse support including loading/unloading deliveries, maintaining cleanliness and organization (5S principles), and completing documentation (SOPs and best practices).
- Perform occasional office tasks such as running permits and interdepartmental errands.
- Rotate runner job board assignments and ensure smooth transitions between shifts and duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics operations (construction, HVAC, or trades-related industries preferred).
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership potential, including the ability to motivate others and set a positive example.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Driver score of 90+ preferred if applicable).
- Demonstrated track record of reliability, integrity, and embodying company values.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve processes and personal performance.
- Strong feedback from supervisors or field professionals (internal references will be considered if applicable).
